ROTOTEK – COMPANY PROFILE

Rototek was formed in 1993 with a custom built state of the art rotational moulding machine surpassing many that were available commercially.
The company established itself as a high quality trade rotational moulder and as orders outstripped the production capacity of the original machine and premises during 1996, Rototek moved to 12000 sq. ft premises on the outskirts of Newark. Within 10 years the Company had again outgrown the facility and relocated to a 65,000 sq. ft unit, again, just outside of Newark.

In July 2011, Rototek was purchased by the Gusto Group Ltd a construction, design and manufacturing based group of companies with a longstanding reputation for innovation and business development. This investment has served to strengthen the business in its continued growth whilst retaining the experience and enthusiasm which has seen the company prosper over two decades as one of Europe’s leading technical Rotational moulding companies.

The growth plan for Rototek continued in 2014 when the Company purchased the rotomoulding business, Imagenta Plc. The acqusition takes the the total workforce to above 75 employees. It also provides the company with two large production centers, and brings the machine total to five bi-axial machines, six rock and roll machines and the Leonardo machine Rototek already operate at its Newark site.

Mouldings are possible up to 7m in length and 3m in diameter.

One of the great strengths of the Rototek business is the knowledge and expertise which has been gained through the development and production of a wide range of different mouldings for various markets.
