are B Corp Certified!
As a B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact. The assessment involves over 200 questions, the rigorous process took us over 2 years and we are so proud to be part of this community of like-minded businesses.
By certifying, we are stepping into a framework for continuous improvement. In order to maintain certification, companies must undertake the assessment and verification process every three years, demonstrating they are still meeting the B Corp standards.
To achieve B Corp Certification you must achieve 80 points throughout the assessment.
We are extremely proud of our score of 92.3. here is the breakdown:

Gusto Community Fund
The Gusto Community Fund is our community donation project - each employee has the opportunity to choose a local project or charity to receive their annual donation, supporting innovation and purpose-driven organisations within our local community.
Over £100,000 has been donated so far, supporting over 90 local projects including food banks, zero waste stores and nature reserves!
