Steff is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Gusto Group. He started his first company as a mobile DJ at the age of 17 and has always had an enthusiasm for developing businesses and innovating in different sectors. Steff was inspired by the Rio Summit in 1992 and has pioneered sustainability in his ventures ever since, building low energy homes and empowering those communities to live more sustainably.

Steff and his family switched to a plant-based diet in 2018 and he enjoys living the healthy, sustainable lifestyle which he promotes through his businesses.

With a wealth of experience in the manufacturing sector, Sean’s journey has taken him across the United Kingdom and throughout Europe where he has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the industry.

Throughout his career, Sean has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of manufacturing operations, honing his skills in strategy development, operational efficiency, and team management.

Renowned within the rotational moulding community, bringing a wealth of specialist knowledge and support to the team at Rototek. Shaun has been working and developing the team at Rototek for over 27 years, bringing a fresh innovative approach to all projects. He is passionate about the company and the people within it.

Shaun is passionate about all the production and operational needs of the business and continues to promote the Group values and Rototek’s mission for the future.

A customer focused sales & account manager with a background in chemical engineering & the oil industry, Chris enjoys working with people and providing insightful and honest product information to interested consumers.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys a variety of sports and spending time with family.

Jo combines her career alongside being a mum of two. Her 20 years of experience within Customer Service makes her an invaluable member of the leadership team.

Overseeing the daily operation of the customer service department, Jo has built good working relationships and enjoys all aspects of her work, providing a rapid response to customer enquiries.

With over 25 years of experience with Rototek, John has worked through the ranks from the factory floor to his role as Operations Manager. He enjoys the challenge of technical or complex mouldings and ensures our partners receive the quality of product they are looking for.

Karl brings over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector and has worked in all areas of the process. This gives him great awareness of what our customers are looking for. In his spare time he is an avid Lego builder and follows Formula One with a passion.

Ian manages the design department - he loves getting involved in new projects and problem solving. He has a huge passion for everything associated with rotational moulding, making him the perfect person to help get your idea off the ground.
